We are here to help you, help us!  There are many questions that have been asked, and have yet to be asked - no question is a silly question! 

We want to give you as much information as possible on our products and services, so you feel confident and at ease dealing with us.   Below are some questions already asked and answered, please email info@talkingturtle.co.uk if you have any further questions / queries and we will answer within 24 hours.

 

1. How can I be confident in dealing with you?

Badger (Dennis) have been in the distribution process for over 10 years, and Partners with Catherine who has over 20 years experience in the Childcare sector.  Together they formed Talking Turtle. We have very good relationships with our suppliers, after dealing with many suppliers over the years we have a good reputation. Stock is held in our 100,000 sq.ft warehouse - so no need to wait for orders! As we hold the stock! Is there anything more you need to know? Please ask..

2. Where did you find your products?

Dennis & Catherine spent time at a huge educational toy supplies expo, as well as visiting factories to ensure the standards of work are acceptable. Once back in the UK , we had many samples sent to us to review - with many hours spent choosing which ones we felt would be the best for our company, Talking Turtle. 3. How do I order?

There are 3 ways you can order with us. 1. Register an account and order online. 2. Call us to order, 01772 297050. 3. Email your order over at info@talkingturtle.co.uk 

4. What happens if my items are out of stock?

If an item is found to be out of stock after ordering, you will be contacted as soon as we are notified. NO payment will be taken for said items.

We can take back orders for items that are out of stock, with a due date given when ordered. Payment details can be taken at the time of order or we can call you 24 hours before stock is due, this way if there is anything else you wish to order you can add these on.  Payment is ONLY taken when the items are invoiced and shipped. Account facilities are also offered.
